Terms for using the ZORUMI™ website, booking salon services, ordering hair goods and contacting the Dubai salon.
Scope and agreement
These terms apply to ZORUMI BEAUTY SALON L.L.C., this website, enquiry forms, WhatsApp booking channels, salon consultations and related communications in Dubai, UAE. By using the website or making an appointment, you agree to use the services honestly and in line with these terms.
Consultation-led services
Hair extension work is confirmed only after consultation. Final method, quantity, colour match, timing and price depend on the condition of her natural hair, desired result, maintenance history and available hair goods.
Non-returnable hair goods
All hair goods are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered, reserved, colour-matched, prepared, opened, installed, handled for her or removed from salon stock. This includes natural hair bundles, Slavic hair, Baby hair, ponytails, custom pieces and any hair sourced specially for her, for hygiene, safety, customization and quality-control reasons.
Pricing, deposits and payment
Prices are shared before confirmed work where reasonably possible. Deposits may be requested to reserve salon time or order hair. Deposits, prepayments and hair-order amounts may be non-refundable once appointment time is reserved or hair sourcing, matching or preparation has started, subject always to mandatory UAE consumer rights.
Website use and content
Website text, images, video, design, brand marks and salon materials belong to ZORUMI™ or are used with permission. Visitors must not scrape, copy, resell, misrepresent, interfere with security, submit false enquiries or use the website for abusive, unlawful or fraudulent activity.
UAE consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws. If a product or service is proven defective, unsafe, not as described, or if UAE law requires a remedy, ZORUMI™ will review the matter and provide the legally required repair, correction, replacement, refund or other remedy where applicable.
Disputes and contact
Concerns should be raised promptly through the official WhatsApp number or [email protected] with the appointment date, invoice or payment proof, photos where relevant and a clear description. These terms are intended for use in Dubai, UAE, and any unresolved dispute will be handled under applicable UAE law and competent UAE authorities or courts.
