Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking, deposit, rescheduling, cancellation and no-show rules for ZORUMI™ private appointments in Dubai.
Appointment confirmation
Appointments are confirmed only after ZORUMI™ accepts the booking and any requested deposit or consultation requirement is completed. WhatsApp messages and enquiry forms are requests, not guaranteed appointment confirmations.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for private salon time, long appointments, colour matching, custom work or hair sourcing. Deposits can be applied to the confirmed service but may be retained if she cancels late, does not attend, repeatedly reschedules or changes the agreed service after salon preparation has started.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Please reschedule as early as possible. Late changes reduce the ability to offer the private slot to another woman. ZORUMI™ may set a new deposit for repeated rescheduling, extended delays or changed service scope.
Late arrivals and no-shows
Late arrival may shorten the appointment, require a revised scope, or require rebooking with a new deposit. No-shows may lose the booking deposit and may need prepayment for future appointments.
Hair orders
Hair ordered, reserved, colour-matched or prepared for a booking is non-returnable and non-refundable. If she changes her mind, cancels or delays after hair preparation has started, the related hair cost may still be due.
Salon changes
ZORUMI™ may reschedule where needed for staff illness, supply issues, safety, force majeure, building disruption or another reason outside reasonable control. Where ZORUMI™ cancels before preparation has started, the salon will offer a new appointment or a suitable refund of unused deposit amounts where applicable.
