Salon description

ZORUMI describes selected hair as Slavic, Russian-origin, single-donor and uncoloured. These are the salon's own descriptions; the supplier provides no written proof of origin or package-level document listing hair characteristics.

Fibre that behaves like fine UK hair

Strand diameter and texture vary by individual package and are not reliably inferred from geographic, ethnic or nationality labels. Compare the selected package's visible qualities with the intended style.

Cool blonde, matched to the piece

Colour matching is planned against the selected package and client references; a category or origin label does not guarantee a particular blonde result.

Transparency, because you will be asked

ZORUMI explains its own descriptions of the selected hair before a reservation. The supplier provides no written proof of origin or package-level document listing hair characteristics. ZORUMI does not certify medical safety or individual scalp suitability.

Hair leaves Dubai by express courier. There is no sea freight option and no consolidated shipment — one package, one airway bill, tracked from the salon door.

How the price is calculated

DHL charges on volumetric weight — length × width × height divided by 5000 — or actual weight, whichever is greater. Divisors differ by carrier; Aramex uses 6000. A hair package is therefore packed flat, because a box with air in it is billed as though the air were hair.

Returns and the hygiene seal

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 allows faulty goods to be rejected within 30 days even after use. A change-of-mind return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is not available once the hygiene seal is broken, because hair counts as a hygiene product; ZORUMI does not accept returns solely for change of mind after the hygiene seal is broken or after approved custom preparation begins; mandatory remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Customs origin and any donor, Slavic or Russian-origin description are separate concepts. Any hair-category description is presented only as ZORUMI's own description of selected hair. Import documentation and treatment are determined by the relevant authority and carrier; read the Refunds & Complaints Policy and Terms of Use for the applicable terms. Price guidance

What the UK market charges, so you can read a quotation.

ZORUMI publishes no universal price, because each package is a single lot with its own length, weight, shade and condition. What can be published is the market you are comparing against.

Clip-in sets

UK retailers publish roughly £100–£220 for human-hair clip-in sets, with the better-known premium brands sitting at the top of that band and volume retailers at the bottom.

Professional tape-in packs

Around £240 for a professional tape-in pack from a UK premium supplier. Nano-ring packs start lower, from about £55 a pack, but a full head needs several.

Fitted in a UK salon

Third-party salon prices vary by the selected hair, service scope and provider. Hair and fitting costs should be compared only where current written specifications and included services are materially equivalent.

The exact price depends on hair quality, length, method and amount of work — you get a fixed quote after a short WhatsApp consultation. That applies to the salon service in Dubai, not to the price of a shipped hair package.

Order flow

This is the standard ZORUMI order flow with the UK specifics filled in. Nothing is charged until step seven.

1. Destination. A London postcode and a Highland one are not the same delivery: Highlands, Islands and other remote postcodes attract a carrier remote-area surcharge, which is named in the written quotation rather than estimated here. The address and your timing set the carrier and the route.
2. Hair category. Hair category wording is ZORUMI's own description of the selected hair; availability is confirmed separately.
3. Shade & texture. Daylight photographs against a neutral background. Cool blonde levels are matched to the actual package, not to a swatch chart.
4. Length & grams. Length in centimetres and weight in grams — the two numbers a UK stylist asks for first, and the two that make any quotation comparable.
5. Preparation. Bulk, capsules, tapes or wefts. A preparation format is discussed after a cosmetic review of the material’s visible qualities and intended attachment format.
6. Quotation. One package, one price, in writing, with the shipping line and the VAT position stated as separate figures rather than folded into a single number.
7. Payment. Method and policy conditions confirmed before acceptance. Cards, wallets, PayPal and bank transfer are the practical routes from the UK.
8. Dispatch. Packed flat in Dubai, sent on the agreed express route, tracking number sent to you the same day it leaves.

The exact shipping cost is quoted in WhatsApp before you pay, based on the actual weight and dimensions of your selected package.

Can I return hair once it has arrived in the UK?

Where hair goods are supplied in hygiene-sealed packages, ZORUMI does not accept a return based only on change of mind or preference after the security tie or hygiene seal is broken. Custom hair pieces are not accepted for change-of-mind returns after the buyer approves their specifications and preparation begins. These limits do not affect mandatory remedies under applicable law for goods that are defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming. How do UK clients pay?

Of the methods listed in the payment row of the site footer, the ones that work from a UK card or account are Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer. Cards and wallets cover the large majority of UK online purchases, and a card charged in pounds is converted by your own issuer. Tabby and Tamara are GCC instalment services and are not available on a UK card. Confirm the payment route in writing before sending anything.
