ZORUMI does not sell natural hair like a factory product. Every package is reviewed, quoted and prepared after the destination, hair type, shade, texture, length, grams and preparation are understood.

Step-by-step
From first message to dispatch confirmation.
The process is intentionally assisted because natural hair packages are not identical stock units.
- 01 Destination. Country, timing and preferred contact route are confirmed first.
- 02 Hair category. Hair category wording is presented as ZORUMI's own description of the selected hair; availability is confirmed separately. Slavic, Russian-origin, single-donor and uncoloured are ZORUMI's own descriptions; the supplier provides no written proof of origin or package-level document listing hair characteristics.
- 03 Shade & texture. Daylight references guide the matching conversation.
- 04 Length & grams. Desired length, density and final result determine the package direction.
- 05 Preparation. Capsules, tapes, wefts or custom pieces are considered only when suitable.
- 06 Quotation. Price is confirmed for the exact package, preparation and destination.
- 07 Payment. Before payment, ZORUMI provides a written order summary identifying the selected package, preparation, price, included and excluded charges, payment method, estimated dispatch, cancellation or change-of-mind limits and mandatory remedies. The summary states when the order becomes binding.
- 08 Dispatch. The package is prepared in Dubai and sent through the agreed route.
