Why there is no catalogue price.
Every package is unique, so ZORUMI quotes the exact piece, its preparation and its destination rather than publishing a per-gram rate. What can be given honestly is the shape of the market you are buying in.
- Published wholesale. Displayed third-party wholesale examples are indicative, may change and are not proof of origin, donor, virgin or category status.
- Published retail. Retail catalogues in the same category start around $500 per 100 g and commonly sit at $650–1,600 per 100 g, depending on length, weight and how rare the shade is.
- What moves a quotation. Length and grams first, then shade rarity and the amount of processing behind it, then the preparation — capsules, tapes, wefts or a custom piece — and finally the destination and route.
- What is not included. Carriage, import duty and VAT sit outside the package price and are set by the route and your customs authority, not by ZORUMI.
- Fitting in the Dubai salon. If the hair is fitted with us rather than shipped: hair extensions from AED 1,500. The exact price depends on hair quality, length, method and amount of work — you get a fixed quote after a short WhatsApp consultation.

As market context: published wholesale for bulk Slavic and Russian-origin virgin hair runs about $237–299 per 100 g at a one-kilogram minimum, European donor stock starts near €200 per 100 g business-to-business, and retail catalogues for the same category start around $500 per 100 g and commonly sit at $650–1,600 per 100 g. Those are other people's price lists, not a ZORUMI quotation. ZORUMI quotes the exact package, its preparation and its destination after the details are reviewed.
Can hair be returned after delivery?
Where hair goods are supplied in hygiene-sealed packages, ZORUMI does not accept a return based only on change of mind or preference after the security tie or hygiene seal is broken. Custom hair pieces are not accepted for change-of-mind returns after the buyer approves their specifications and preparation begins. These limits do not affect mandatory remedies under applicable law for goods that are defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming. Any additional mandatory rights under the law applicable to the buyer and delivery country also remain unaffected. The Refunds and Complaints Policy on this site sets out the full position.
