What moves a ZORUMI quotation

Length, weight in grams, level and shade, texture, condition and the preparation format. Long, light and cool-toned packages are the scarcest and price accordingly; a 60 cm level 10 piece is not the same commercial object as a 40 cm level 5 one.

The landed figure

Package price, plus the courier figure above for your postcode with the fuel surcharge and the AED 43 or AED 200 clearance fee on top, plus any GST or duty at the Australian end. Ask for all three in one message and compare that total against Australian retail — not the bundle price alone against a local shelf price.

Can I return a package?

Where hair goods are supplied in hygiene-sealed packages, ZORUMI does not accept a return based only on change of mind or preference after the security tie or hygiene seal is broken. Custom hair pieces are not accepted for change-of-mind returns after the buyer approves their specifications and preparation begins. These limits do not affect mandatory remedies under applicable law for goods that are defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming.
