Custom hair pieces are not accepted for change-of-mind returns after the buyer approves their specifications and preparation begins. These limits do not affect mandatory remedies under applicable law for goods that are defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming. Any additional mandatory rights under the law applicable to the buyer and delivery country also remain unaffected.
