One package, not a stock unit

Each cut is its own length, weight, shade band and texture. That is why a GCC buyer receives a quotation for a specific package rather than a shelf price for a size.

Fine hair costs more to keep intact

The working thickness for this hair type is about 60 to 80 microns. Lighter, finer strands may blend discreetly with some fine and medium hair types, subject to the selected package, colour match, attachment method and individual result. They are also what makes the material scarce.

5. Preparation Capsules, tapes, wefts, a ponytail or a custom piece are considered only where the package suits the format.
6. Quotation Price is confirmed for the exact package, its preparation and the delivery route, with the courier line shown separately.
7. Payment Method, currency and policy conditions are confirmed before acceptance.
8. Dispatch The written order summary should identify the agreed preparation, proposed route and available tracking information. Import filing remains subject to the carrier and relevant authority.

Can I return hair extensions bought from ZORUMI?

Where hair goods are supplied in hygiene-sealed packages, ZORUMI does not accept a return based only on change of mind or preference after the security tie or hygiene seal is broken. Custom hair pieces are not accepted for change-of-mind returns after the buyer approves their specifications and preparation begins. These limits do not affect mandatory remedies under applicable law for goods that are defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming. Any additional mandatory rights under the law applicable to the buyer and delivery country also remain unaffected.
