If you require extension placement, keratin bonding, or salon installation, those services are booked separately at our Dubai studio. The package quotation strictly covers the physical hair and shipping.

Every package is negotiated and confirmed individually.

- Selection We review our stock and send you photos/videos of available bundles matching your request.
- Quotation Before payment, ZORUMI provides a written quotation for the selected hair and agreed shipping service. Import taxes, duties, clearance charges and carrier adjustments are stated separately and remain subject to the relevant authority or carrier.
- Dispatch After payment, dispatch follows the carrier and preparation terms stated in the written order summary; carrier availability and tracking depend on the agreed route.

How long does delivery to New Zealand take?
Carrier availability, rates, surcharges, currency conversions and transit estimates are indicative only and may change. Confirm the carrier's current quotation and estimated timing for the specific package before payment; customs processing and delivery dates are not guaranteed. International delivery usually takes 3–7 days from handover of the order to the courier, depending on the destination country; this is an indicative estimate only.

Can I return hair extensions bought from ZORUMI?
Where hair goods are supplied in hygiene-sealed packages, ZORUMI does not accept a return based only on change of mind or preference after the security tie or hygiene seal is broken. Custom hair pieces are not accepted for change-of-mind returns after the buyer approves their specifications and preparation begins. These limits do not affect mandatory remedies under applicable law for goods that are defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming. Any additional mandatory rights under the law applicable to the buyer and delivery country also remain unaffected.
How can I pay?
We support major credit cards and other payment options. The method, currency (usually AED), and conditions are confirmed before the order is accepted.
Does ZORUMI supply salons in New Zealand?
Yes. Salons and stylists follow the same process: confirm destination and timing, discuss hair category and shade, agree on length and weight, then receive a quotation for the specific package.
