On the ZORUMI price list, ICE hair extensions are priced per 100 g by length and collection. For 40–45 cm: 3,400 AED in the main collection, 4,700 AED in the exclusive collection. Correction, 100–200 g: from 2,500 AED. Removal: from 500 AED. Final pricing may vary depending on hair density, desired length and the amount of hair required.

Yes. The hair-extension consultation and donor-hair matching are free. Each set is matched by shade and structure.

Is there a guarantee on cold and ICE extensions?

ZORUMI’s two-week guarantee covers the attachment (capsules) only, not the hair itself: within two weeks of installation the salon redoes the attachment free of charge. It applies only to hair bought at ZORUMI and is void if the signed care conditions were not followed. There is no guarantee on the hair, and after installation hair cannot be returned or exchanged. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Any concern should be reported to the salon promptly so it can be inspected.
